payment & pick-up information
at checkout, you will have the option to choose a pickup location: Scarborough or North York **(if only one location can be selected, you can still complete the transaction and let us know your preferred pickup point)**. once you have been notified that your order is ready, please contact us to discuss a date and time for pickup. if at any point you need to reschedule before the set date, please let us know as soon as possible.
current payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay: payment will not be captured until the order has been fulfilled
- Cash at pick-up: please bring exact change of your total order. if you do require change on site, inform us in advance before pickup
- E-transfer in advance: the e-transfer email will be provided at checkout, and your order will not be confirmed until FULL payment has been successfully sent. once this is done, we'll send a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup, and let us know when you are ready to drop by!
Note: we are not charging tax on our products--all prices are listed as is.
you are allowed to have someone else pickup on your behalf! make sure to share with them your confirmation email to present to us when they arrive.
requests to meet up in a public area to collect your order can be possible, but not guaranteed. contact us at info@lookylooty.ca to discuss.
